Design / Quality

The Via Roma label is your assurance that all of the jackets are fashioned from the latest designer or classic styles, currently receiving the highest profile in Europe and America.

We have matched the quality of our jackets against the best available at both Selfridges and Woodhouse, to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Leather

We use only selected sheepskin nappa leather imported from Italy, thereby assuring the best possible look, soft feel and durability. Italy is recognised as providing the best quality skins in the world.

Manufacture

All of our jackets are made to the highest quality by our dedicated manufacturer based in London, which is the center for leather manufacture and design in the United Kingdom.

All seams are folded into the garment to ensure a perfect finish to collars, lapels and cuffs.	All buttons are backed by a securing button on the inside of the garment for both strength and to protect the leather.	Button holes are hand finished for durability and style.	All jacket features such as pockets, concealed zips, internal pockets and the leather backed Via Roma label are finished expertly to ensure that the garment can be worn with pride and complete confidence.	We only incorporate top quality zips, studs and fasteners into our jackets.

Business Terms

Payment

We accept payment through our secure card payment facility hosted by PayPoint.net. Your account will be debited on the day of order, following which you will be notified of a delivery date. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

We will advise you of the estimated delivery date immediately after your order. Many garments are available from stock and will be dispatched the same day. For garments which need to be manufactured, please allow 14 days for delivery in the United Kingdom. Delivery to other EEC member countries may take slightly longer.

Quibble Free Exchange and Returns Policy

When you receive delivery of your order, please check that the style, colour and size are as ordered. All goods are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched and we will only accept goods for exchange or a refund where they are found to be faulty in manufacture or are still in a new condition, not creased or worn.

In the event that you wish to return your garment for exchange or a refund please Contact Via Roma and we will advise on the best option to enable you to return the garments safely.

All return goods must be received back within 14 days of dispatch.

Please include the return postage when sending goods back for exchange from United States and EEC Countries.

Guarantees

We believe that you cannot buy a Jacket which offers a better combination of quality leather and manufacture, at the Via Roma price. We therefore promise that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, with an explanation of why the jacket does not meet your needs and we will give you a full and immediate refund.
